When you create an account on The ING Experience, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and neighborhood. We also collect information about your activity within the app, including events you RSVP to, posts you make, and members you follow.
We use your information to provide and improve The ING Experience app, including personalizing your experience, showing relevant events and perks based on your neighborhood, and enabling community features like posting and following.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with partner businesses to improve the perks and events offered through the app.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security including row-level security, encryption at rest, and encryption in transit.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also update your profile information directly within the app.
